Learn about your 14-day free trial, managing payment methods, viewing invoices, and canceling anytime via Stripe.

HanyuHub offers simple, transparent pricing with zero lock-in contracts. You can check your current plan status, monitor your free trial countdown, and manage your billing details directly from your account.
To access your subscription settings at any time:
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the app.
- Select Account Settings.
- Scroll down to the Subscription Plan section.
14-Day Free Trial
Every new HanyuHub account comes with a 14-day full-access free trial:
- No Credit Card Required Upfront: Start studying immediately without entering any payment details.
- Full Platform Access: Explore all articles, situational dialogues, vocabulary lists, handwriting practice sheets, and tutor tools completely risk-free.
- Trial Expiry Banner: Your Subscription Plan card shows the exact date your trial concludes (e.g., Your trial period will end on 28 Aug 2026).
Zero Surprise Charges
Because we don't ask for a credit card when you sign up, you will never be automatically charged when your 14-day trial ends. If you decide not to subscribe, your account simply pauses until you choose to activate a plan.
Managing Your Subscription (Stripe Portal)
All payments, invoices, and card transactions are securely processed by Stripe.
Clicking the Manage Subscription button redirects you to the secure Stripe Customer Portal, where you can:
Add a new debit/credit card, update expiring cards, or change your default billing payment method.
Cancel your subscription with a single click. There are no cancellation fees, and you will retain full access to all HanyuHub features until the end of your current active billing period.
Access and download official PDF receipts and tax invoices for all past subscription payments.
If you canceled your subscription but change your mind before the billing cycle concludes, you can resume your plan with one click in the portal.
Frequently Asked Questions
All of your flashcard review intervals, saved vocabulary in My Words, lesson scores, and streak history remain safely stored in your account. Whenever you decide to resubscribe, you can pick up right where you left off.
No. We never store or receive your credit card numbers on HanyuHub servers. All payment handling and security compliance are managed externally by Stripe, a certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider.
Deleting your account immediately cancels any active subscription so you will never be billed again, and all saved payment methods are permanently detached.
